Brand Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our logistics and freight forwarding company. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies to enhance our company’s brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to effectively communicate our brand story to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to promote our logistics and freight forwarding services, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to refine branding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align branding initiatives with business objectives and ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.
- Create and manage brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery, to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements, ensuring they reflect the brand's messaging and visual identity.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, customer perception, and brand loyalty, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Plan and execute brand-building events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and innovative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to manage brand-related projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this knowledge to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred to has previous experience in multinational organizations
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful branding initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand campaigns.
- Understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry is preferable
